Rental Policies

• Prices quoted are for a 4 hour, or part there of, rental. This excludes the time required for setting up. There are NO hidden extra charges.

• Please check the dimensions of your play area, to ensure a comfortable fit. This area will also need to have a reasonably level surface and be free of sharp objects. All our units (except water) can be used, in or outdoors.

• 13AMP electrical socket outlets should be provided by Client in vicinity not more then 50 meters from the location.  A generator is available* for venues without mains power. (Rental of a generator is subject to an additional charge.)

• Your rental does not include the provision of a supervisor/operator. Supervision MUST be provided by the hirer.

• We serve most areas of Hong Kong, including: D.B, Park Island and South Lantau. Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to areas without road access or to venues with restrictive access, ie: A large amount of stairs.

•  Orders can be cancelled or postponed, and the deposit refunded, within 48 hours of notification.  Otherwise, the deposit will become non-refundable after 48 hours.
